    Users Import

    Overview

    If your profile is configured for you to specify and manage preferred shipping and accounting information, you can add and update Shipping and Billing Locations, Deliver To information, and Accounting Combinations in this section of MY ACCOUNT. Selecting this information will afford you a seamless one-step checkout experience.

    Shipping and Billing Locations

    You can review, update, and add Shipping and Billing Locations and information at Locations and Accounting under MY ACCOUNT in the Main Menu.

    Defaulting and filtering of locations is respected for the Content Group currently assigned to the user.

    Shipping and Billing Locations 

    Users may select Default Shipping and Billing locations when ordering in any of their Content Groups and may also add Preferred Locations.

    Note that the the Default Shipping and Billing Locations for One Click Requests are the Default Locations for the User's currently selected Content Group. 

    Note

    Assignment of default Shipping and Billing locations for the Primary Content Group via the Admin Control Panel or User Import will remain as assigned.

    1. Users may have a number of Preferred Locations for Billing and Shipping. Add a Location allows the User to specify additional Preferred Locations.
      Note that Preferred Locations may also be assigned via the User Import
    2. Remove from Preferred removes the Location from the Preferred Locations for the User. 
    3. Preferred Ad hoc locations may be Edited or Deleted.
    4. The Default Shipping Location is for the User's currently selected Content Group. A Default Location listed as a Preferred Location will not display Remove from Preferred for that location. 
    5. and 6. The user may Update or Remove the Default Shipping or Billing Location.
      Note that, for an update to a Default Location, the User may select a Location that is one of the User's Preferred Locations and associated with the User's current Content Group.
      Note that the removal of the Default Shipping or Billing Location adds the removed Location to Preferred Locations. The Location is removed only as the user's Default Shipping or Billing Location. The existing Default Shipping or Billing Location remains unchanged for the Content Group. 

    Add Default Shipping or Billing Location when no Default Location Selected 

    When no Default Shipping or Billing Location has been selected for the user's current Content Group, the user may Add a Location.

    Click on Add a Location to select a Default Location.  The User may  select a Location that is in the User's Preferred Locations and in the User's current Content Group.

    Add a Location

    Add a Location allows the user to add a new Preferred Location or to Create a New Location.

    1. Search for an existing Company Location or choose to Create a New Location.
    2. Use the Search to view and select existing locations to save as Preferred.
    3. Choose to designate the Added Location as the Default Shipping Location for the user.
    4. Save or Cancel

    Create a New Location

    Create a New Location by completing the fields in Add a Location and Save the New Location.
    Location Type may be Shipping, Billing, or both.

    Edit a Location

    A Location can be edited to change name and contact details. The Location Type may also be changed to apply to either shipping, billing, or both.

    When a Location type is specified as both, it is available for search/select for either shipping or billing.

    Deliver To 

    You can add a Deliver To name to be used during checkout.

    • To update or add a new name to Deliver To, click Edit, make your changes, and Save.

    Preferred Accounting Combinations 

    You can add and manage accounting combinations to reference and reuse when you're ordering products and services.

    All your saved Preferred Accounting Combinations are available in the Shipping and Accounting section of MY ACCOUNT.

    Accounting Splits allow two decimal places in percentages

    • Review Accounting Combination details by clicking on View Details under a name shown in bold. 

    You can Add a new Accounting Combination under Preferred Accounting Combinations:

    1. Enter a name in the Preferred Accounting Name box. 
    2. Provide the accounting details in the required accounting information boxes. 
    3. Specify an Allocation percentage if you intend to split the Accounting Combination.
      Note
      Allocation percentage allows two decimal places.
    4. Use the Split button to split the Accounting Combination and enter additional accounting information for each percentage. 
    5. Review Changes and Save. 

    You can Edit an Accounting Combination by clicking on Edit underneath a name.

    1. Edit the Preferred Accounting Name if applicable.
    2. To change the accounting information or further Split the the allocation, click on Edit or Split.
      Note
      Allocations may include two decimal places in percentages.
    3. Save Changes.
    • To Delete an Accounting Combination, click on Delete.
