Admin Control Panel Dashboard

The Admin Panel Dashboard provides a snapshot of system activity.

Dashboard

1. Quick Links: This block of links is viewable and editable at the following location: Menu > CMS > Manage Static Blocks > Admin Dashboard Quick Links.
2. User Activity: User activity displays the following links
   • Current online session
   • Past 24 hrs online sessions 
   • Past seven days online sessions
     View online users is a hyperlink to the View Currently Online Users page.
3. Savings by Using BuyerQuest
   This block the accumulated difference between list and Contract prices of Items purchased using BQ software as of the current date.

4. Search Activity
   The Widget shows the top five search terms.
   View All directs you to Search Term Page under Main Menu > Reports > Search Terms
   Last 5 Search Terms Widget shows the most recent five search terms. 
5. This area where Logo is shown is a CMS Block.
   Navigate to Menu > CMS > Manage Static Blocks > Admin Dashboard Main.
   Any key organization-wide information can be uploaded and displayed here.
