Amazon Business Product Catalog
A fully searchable local catalog of Amazon Business products enables quick and easy product selection and ordering. Amazon Products are searched along with all the other products made available from Supplier Catalog uploads.
After successful import of the Amazon Business product information, users may search and select products from Amazon Business to be shown product details and dynamic current pricing.
The Amazon Business Product Catalog, once loaded, features dynamic pricing directly from the Amazon site. However, pricing is also stored locally as a back up.
BuyerQuest recommends that organizations shopping from their Amazon Business Integrated Catalog refresh and reload this Catalog once a week so that locally stored product pricing is as up to date as possible.
Amazon Business Local Catalog Creation
The process for creating the local Amazon Business catalog uses the functionality in the Admin Control Panel at DATA LOADS > Manage File-Based Integrations > Import to import a set of Amazon product identifiers similar to Skus, known as ASINs.
Importing a set of ASINs for the Amazon Business products selected by the buying organization generates a Common Fields Catalog file that can be imported into BuyerQuest.
Generate the Common Fields Catalog File for Amazon Business Products
Importing a file of ASINs, the unique Amazon Business product identifiers, generates the Common Fields Catalog file for the selected Amazon Business products. It creates a file that is a FULL Common Fields Catalog file that can be processed to create Amazon Business product records that are searched and displayed in BuyerQuest.
When UNSPSC codes are needed in the procurement workflow, they should be included in the ASIN file.

Attribute values retrieved include:
