Imported Requests Grid and Details

Imported cXML Requests are accessible from the Main Menu in the Imported Requests Grid.

Imported Requests Grid

Access Imported Requests from the grid for reference and action.

1. Search Imported Requests using the search box at the top of the Grid.
2. Use the Filters to locate a specific Request. 
3. ACTIONS may include View Request, Edit Request, Reorder Items, or Withdraw, depending on permissions and supplier settings.  

Imported Request Details

Request Details, including Line Item Details, Attachments, Comments, and History, may be reviewed and saved as PDF.

1. Request Information shows Date, Requestor, Title, and other searchable information.
2. I want to ... displays available Actions, depending on permissions and supplier settings.
3. Access Related Records.
4. Line Items Details may be expanded for review. 
5. Approval Chain displays, when applicable.
6. Attachments display, when applicable
7. Comments may be viewed and added.
8. History of the Request includes creation information and status updates. 
9. Note that the History entry indicates that the Request was created via cXML import. 
10. Save the Request as a PDF, when needed.
