    Pay Invoices via Credit Card

    Manage Credit Cards in MY ACCOUNT

    Users having the Pay Invoices via Credit Card permission enabled may add, delete, and edit Credit Cards in Manage Credit Cards in the MY ACCOUNT area of the Main Menu

    Add New Credit Card

    Cards may be viewed and added on the Manage Credit Cards page.

    1. Add New Card to access the fields for entering details for a new card to manage.
    2. Enter details in the New Card area of the page.
    3. Add Card to save card details. The card details are validated and any required fields not properly filled in are. noted in red. 

    Edit Credit Card

    Credit Card details may be edited and the card information revalidated.

    1. Highlight an existing card and select Edit in the ACTIONS column.
    2. Edit the available card fields, denoted by non-gray fields. Information in gray fields may not be changed.
    3. Save Card. Card details are validated on Save - details that are missing or invalid will be shown in red and must be corrected before the card is successfully saved. 

    Remove Credit Card

    A Credit Card may be removed by clicking on the ACTIONS column and selecting Remove.
