    One-click Request for Product

Using the One-click Request button on Product Details or Product Listing pages creates a Request for the item directly, bypassing the Cart and Checkout.

A One-click Request is independent of the Cart. Any items already in the Cart remain in the Cart and are not affected by the One-click Request

One-click Requests are supported on the BuyerQuest platform for in-stock simple products with no required custom options, when these conditions are met:

    1. The system configuration is set to Yes for Allow One Click Request
    2. The user has permission set to Enable access to Purchase Requests
    3. The Supplier's payment method is None or Centralized Settlement

    Creation of One-click Request

When a user selects One-click Request, the system verifies the user's default Shipping, Billing, and Accounting information

When this information is invalid, the following occurs:

    1. The item is added to the Cart.
    2. The Default Shipping, Billing, and Accounting Information for the User's currently selected Content Group is used.
    3. When the defaultShipping and Accounting information is not valid or does not exist, the relevant Checkout page displays for input of the information.
    4. If the default Billing information is not valid or does not exist:
      a. The System Default Billing Location is used, if set.
      b. If the Default Billing Location is not set, the Checkout page displays so that the user can update the Billing information.

When the information is valid, the Request is created as follows:

    1. The Request is created for that item only.
    2. Existing items in the Cart stay in the Cart and are not added to the Request.
    3. Linked Products, if associated to the item, are added to the Request.
    4. Default Billing, Shipping, and Accounting information is used for the Request.

    One-click Request Confirmation

When a successful One-click Request has been created, the following confirmation message displays:
