Overview of BuyerQuest Analytics

BuyerQuest supports analytical reports in the form of a dashboard consisting of one or more tabs. Each tab contains one or more graphical visualizations of important data using  bar charts, pie charts, graphs, and tables. User privileges can be used to control access to tabs and the reports in them.

Access to this business intelligence application is enabled through Single Sign On. 

Analytics Features

Currently, BuyerQuest provides the following features out of the box: 

• Out-of-the-box Procure-to-Pay analytical reports related to purchase orders and invoice documents.
• Single sign-on integration for ease of access from the Procure-to-Pay solution.
• Reports that feature drill-down and filters and a layout that can be changed to graphical or tabular formats.
• Reports can be exported to various formats like CSV, PDF, PNG, RAW DATA and EXCEL (XLS and XLSX).
• Automated and configurable data loading from Procure-to-Pay into the Analytics module.
