Punchout Supplier Search Keywords - Import and Export

Punchout Suppliers may furnish keywords in multiple languages to be associated with their sites to provide increased visibility of their products in search.

Overview

BuyerQuest supports import and export of multi-lingual Punchout Supplier Keywords for each Supplier for lanugage-specific store views.  Searching on a keyword associated with a Punchout Supplier site displays results for that supplier. The buyer can then click on the provided to link to punch into the Supplier site.

Multi-lingual Punchout Supplier Keywords in Manage Suppliers

Punchout Supplier Keywords may be imported and exported in the Admin Control Panel in Manage Suppliers by choosing a Punchout Supplier and accessing the Punchout Keywords tab. 

1. Keywords are listed by language and may be searched.
2. Import a complete list of keywords using Import Data.
3. Export a complete list of existing PunchOut keywords using Export Data. 

Import or Export Keywords

Import or Export a list of Punchout Supplier keywords by choosing Supplier Keywords, if available.

Add Supplier Keywords Import

If an existing import  is not available, use Add Import  to add a new Import Type of Supplier Keywords. 

1. Provide a Name for the Import.
2. Ensure that Supplier Keywords is the Entity Type.
3. Choose the Punchout Supplier whose Keywords are to be imported.
4. Behavior for Import and Export of Punchout Supplier Keywords is always Full.
5. Enable the status.
6. Choose the file to Import.
7. Provide email addresses for the Notifications.
8. Save and Process to process immediately or
9. Save to reference and/or process later.

Add Supplier Keywords Export

If an existing export is not available, use Add Export to add a new Export Type of Supplier Keywords. 

1. Provide a Name for the Export.
2. Provide an optional Description. 
3. Choose the Punchout Supplier whose Keywords are to be imported.
4. Behavior for  Export of Punchout Supplier Keywords is always Full.
5. Enable the status.
6. Provide email addresses for the Notifications.
7. Save and Process to process immediately or
8. Save to reference and/or process later. 

Sample Keyword File

The import and export files for Punchout Supplier Keywords are in csv format.

Each column lists the keywords for a specific store view.

1. The first row lists a store view (specifying the language) for each column.
2. Subsequent rows list keywords in each store view column.
