    Article summary

Requests are automatically created for items on subscription order, one of the key advantages of subscription purchasing in Marketplace.

    Requests Created for Subscription Items

The Buyerquest system automatically creates Requests for existing subscriptions. A Request includes items from all Subscriptions having the Current date as the Next Order Date as specified  in MY ACCOUNT > Manage Subscriptions

Requests created for subscription items are subject to the same approval process as if manually created.

All subscription items to be ordered for the same day for the same Requestor will be included in one Request. Default Shipping, Billing, Accounting, and Shipping Method (when supported and applicable) are used for the Request.

If during Request creation an item is not available to the user because it's disabled, out of stock, or unavailable, the item is not included in the Request and is removed from the subscription.
