Shop by Supplier

When you know the Suppliers of the items you need to order, use Shop by Supplier to quickly search, locate, view product and services details, and add to cart.

Overview

If you know the suppliers for the items you need, speed your item selection by limiting search to a Supplier. 

Search by Supplier Using the Search Bar

The Search Bar at the top of every page allows searching by Supplier. Search by Supplier using the drop down list to the left of the Search Bar.

Shop by Supplier from Main Menu

You can access Shop by Supplier from of these areas:

Shop by Supplier in the Main Menu under PRODUCTS & SERVICES:

Shop by Supplier in the Global Footer: 

Shop by Supplier in Home Page

You can also access Shop by Supplier at your Home Page, if your configuration and permissions offer direct links to individual suppliers.

• Suppliers you've most recently designated as preferred show first.
• You can View All or page through the listing of Suppliers by using the < and > navigation. 

Browse and Search by Supplier

You can Browse and Search Supplier item listings with Shop by Supplier:

Click on Shop by Supplier in either the Main Menu or the Global Footer. 

The Shop by Supplier page displays All Suppliers.

• You can choose a Supplier from the listing shown by clicking on a Supplier name or
• Click Punchout Suppliers Only to limit to that subset of Suppliers. 
• To limit the supplier list alphabetically, click on a letter.

To view detailed Supplier information, click on the information icon and View All Supplier Information.
 

Detailed Supplier Information

Information from the Supplier profile includes Contact Information, Supplier Locations, Shipping and Billing Information, Payment Methods, and Certifications.

Products may also be viewed and Added to Cart.
 

Preferred Supplier

To add or remove a Supplier as a Preferred Supplier, click on the star   to the upper right of the supplier's logo.
