    Overview

    Shop for Amazon Business products directly within the BuyerQuest Marketplace and benefit from dynamic pricing.

    BuyerQuest's powerful search feature allows users to search products and view rich product information from all suppliers, along with Amazon Business products. 

    Amazon Business products display real-time dynamic pricing retrieved directly from Amazon Business as users search and select the products they need.

    Search Across all Supplier Products

    The BuyerQuest Search offers access to all products, including those from Amazon Business.

    Users may limit product search to their local catalogs or to Amazon Business products.

    1. The Search box in the BuyerQuest Marketplace is always available at the top of every page.
    2. Search results are from all the products available on the platform. Click on Local Catalogs or Amazon Business to limit the products listed in Search Results. 
    3. Search Results list the supplier for each product. Amazon Business products are included in Search Results. 
    4. Click on a Product Name to view Product Details and a full listing of offers.
    5. Click to Add to Cart to select the Product for purchase and add it to the shopping cart.  Click on One-Click Request to directly create a Request and bypass the Cart Checkout Process. 

    Amazon Business Product Details Page

    The Amazon Business Product Details Page displays all available product information, complete with product images and additional offers.

    Users may review all the available offers and order the product from this page.

    1. Product information, including product images, is listed at the top of the page.
    2. The Product Price displayed is dynamically retrieved from Amazon as the most current price. 
    3. Product availability is displayed underneath the price. 
    4. To select the product for purchase, Add to Cart or create a One-Click Request. 
    5. To create a Subscription to automatically reorder the product at specified intervals, Add to Cart & Subscribe.
    6. Add to a Saved Shopping List to save for reorder at a later time.
    7. Check Compare on up to 3 products to compare key product details.
    8. Additional Information displays this expanded list of product details.
    9. Click on the Amazon URL to open the product page on the Amazon site.
    10. Click on Other Offers to review all the available offers for the product.

    Review Amazon Business Other Offers

    Amazon Business product information includes all Other Offers typically displayed and made available on Amazon.

    1. Click on Other Offers to review a list of all the offers for the product.
    2. Review details for Price, Condition, Availability, and Seller Information.
    3. Add to Cart or create a One-Click Request
    Note
    For Amazon Business products ordered through a Saved Shopping List, Quick Order, Subscription, or the Commonly Ordered Items Widget, the first offer - the offer that is displayed in the Product Details section - is added to the Cart.

    Manage Shopping Cart - Amazon Business Products

    The Shopping Cart is always accessible from the top right hand corner of every page. A tally of items in the cart is kept up to date as products are ordered. 

    The Mini Cart icon BuyerQuest Marketplace Mini Cart Icon and the text SHOPPING CART at the top right hand corner of every page provide easy access to a constantly up-to-date cart.

    To view the contents of your cart for up to 3 items with abbreviated details, click on the Mini Cart icon or SHOPPING CART.

    From the Mini Cart you can: 

    1. View All Items in Cart allows a review all the items in your cart.
    2. Go directly to Checkout.
    3. Access Quick Order, where you can enter SKUs or part numbers to view and select items.
    4. Review your Saved Shopping Lists.
    5. View and manage your Collaborative Carts and Groups, if your configuration allows. 
    6. Note
      The link icon   indicates that the Compressor Warranty is linked to the product listed above it.

    Review Items in Shopping Cart

    Click on Shopping Cart or View All Items in Cart to review items in the Cart.

    1.  Proceed to Checkout to create a Request or Continue Shopping.
    2. Items may be Removed from the Cart and Details Viewed. 
    3. The Item Quantity may be changed.
    4. The Cart may be Saved to a Shopping List or Cleared. 

    Dynamic Pricing Alert Displays with Shopping Cart 

    Amazon Business Products feature dynamic pricing, so that pricing is retrieved in real time from Amazon for items in the Shopping Cart.

    When prices are adjusted dynamically, the Shopping Cart may show a message at the top of the page alerting the user to a price adjustment:

    Specify Checkout Details for the Request  

    The details for item information, shipping, and accounting are displayed on Checkout.
    You can edit and add information as needed before submitting the Request.

    1. Keep or edit the Requisition Title. Checkout opens with this title auto-filled with the Requester's Name and Date
    2. Specify a person you are making a Request on Behalf of, if applicable.
      Note
      Shipping and Accounting Information will change to reflect the preferences of the person specified.
    3. Review and edit the order details if needed, including any Shipping, Shipping Method, Billing, Accounting, and Location information. The Shipping and Accounting Information from your profile is used, if available. If not available, you will be prompted to specify a shipping address for the request.
    4. Note that Accounting Details are available on hover.
      If the system has been configured to validate Accounting Combinations, invalid accounting values will trigger errors shown in red.
      Note that Allocation percentages in Accounting Splits allow two decimal places. 
    5. Add and Save any Notes to Supplier or for Internal reference, if needed.
    6. Note that Shipping Method is displayed for any Supplier having Shipping Method specified. 
    7. Add Approvers by clicking on the plus sign and selecting, if needed.
    8. Add Watchers by clicking on the plus sign and selecting, if needed.
    9. Provide optional Notes to Approver.
    10. Include Attachments, if applicable.
    11. When the Checkout form is complete, Submit Request or Enter Payment Information. 
      Note
      BuyerQuest supports Settlement by Credit or P Card for Suppliers permitting that payment method.
      When a cart includes an item where both the supplier and the content group member are configured for credit or P Card settlement, Enter Payment Information displays for the submission of the Request.
