Spend Analytics Dashboard

The Spend Analytics Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of spend by top 10 suppliers and top 5 categories for a given period.

Overview

The user can compare multiple suppliers and view spend against categories at the same time. The Spend Analytics Dashboard also provides data on spend by accounting (cost center). Reports can be filtered by supplier and order date. The following reports are available:

• Spend Snapshot: No of PO Order Lines, Line Amount Due, Line Amount Paid
• PO Spend by Top 10 Suppliers
• PO Spend by Cost Center
• PO Spend by Top 5 Categories
• Price Trends for Product Subcategories
• Preferred Product Categories
