Spend Overview Dashboard

The Spend Overview Dashboard provides a snapshot of Purchase Order Spend details in numerical and graphical form.

Overview

The Spend Overview Dashboard is the default tab for users who play a role in senior/executive management.  By default, all the reports in the tab are shown from the current year and for all suppliers. These reports can be filtered based on suppliers and/or the ordered date. The user can analyze spend by supplier and category and also spend by category and supplier over a period of time. It allows the user to filter the data to view the historical spend or drill down to the lowest level such as the order date. The following reports are visible in this tab:

• Quick summary of PO Spend, PO Count, Savings for the given period of time
• PO Spend by Supplier By Category over a period of time
• PO Spend by Category By Supplier over a period of time
• PO Savings by Category
• Spend vs. Savings
• No. of Orders by Category
• No. of Orders by Supplier
