Switch Content Groups for Shopping and Document Access

Users may belong to more than one Content Group to access the documents, suppliers, and actions available to each specific group they belong to. Users can switch Content Groups from the Main Menu.

Overview

Users are assigned to a Primary Content Group when they are set up in the BuyerQuest system. The Primary Content Group is the default they shop from, review documents, and take actions.

They can also be assigned membership in additional Content Groups.

Users can switch between Content Groups from the Main Menu to access different sets of documents, suppliers, and actions as needed.

Shop in Other Content Groups

Expanding the option Shop in other groups listed in the Main Menu displays the Content Groups a user has available to switch to for shopping, document review, and action.

The group the user selects and is shopping from is displayed underneath the User's name in the Main Menu.
