    Withdraw a request

    A requestor may withdraw any Request that is pending approval from the Requests Grid or from the Request details page.

    Users with Global Request Search permissions may also Withdraw a Request pending approval when they have Withdraw Request permission. 

    Once a Request is Withdrawn, the Requestor and users with Edit Request permission can Edit it and resubmit it as a new Request

    To Withdraw a Request when reviewing the Requests Grid, click on Withdraw under ACTIONS.

    To Withdraw a Request when reviewing the Request details, click on Withdraw Request.

    Confirm Withdrawal

    When you choose to Withdraw a Request, you will be asked to confirm the Withdrawal. Once you confirm the action, it cannot be undone.

    1. You can provide a reason for the Withdrawal in the comment box.
    2. Cancel or Confirm.
    Note
    Once the Withdrawal is confirmed, the Request status changes to Withdrawn and the Request can no longer be turned into a Purchase Order.

    Reorder items from a request

    You can use an existing Approved Request to reorder items.

    Users with Global Request Search permission and Reorder Request permission may also reorder items from a Request

    When reordering, you can edit the items in the Shopping Cart to change quantities and shipping and accounting details before submitting the request. 

    Notes
    • Items with stock status of Out of Stock or Available by Quote Only may not be reordered. 
    • When items with linked products associated to them are reordered, the reorder includes the item's linked products as in the original order.
