Requestors can withdraw or reorder Requests as needed from the Requests Grid and details pages.

Withdraw a request
A requestor may withdraw any Request that is pending approval from the Requests Grid or from the Request details page.
Users with Global Request Search permissions may also Withdraw a Request pending approval when they have Withdraw Request permission.
Once a Request is Withdrawn, the Requestor and users with Edit Request permission can Edit it and resubmit it as a new Request.
To Withdraw a Request when reviewing the Requests Grid, click on Withdraw under ACTIONS.
To Withdraw a Request when reviewing the Request details, click on Withdraw Request.
Confirm Withdrawal
When you choose to Withdraw a Request, you will be asked to confirm the Withdrawal. Once you confirm the action, it cannot be undone.
- You can provide a reason for the Withdrawal in the comment box.
- Cancel or Confirm.
Note
Once the Withdrawal is confirmed, the Request status changes to Withdrawn and the Request can no longer be turned into a Purchase Order.
Reorder items from a request
You can use an existing Approved Request to reorder items.
Users with Global Request Search permission and Reorder Request permission may also reorder items from a Request.
When reordering, you can edit the items in the Shopping Cart to change quantities and shipping and accounting details before submitting the request.
Notes
- Items with stock status of Out of Stock or Available by Quote Only may not be reordered.
- When items with linked products associated to them are reordered, the reorder includes the item's linked products as in the original order.
